Ahead of travelling to Australia, Andy Farrell's tourists will play a game in Ireland for the first time in history when they take on Argentina in the 1888 Cup at Dublin's Aviva Stadium.
The Lions will then play nine games Down Under, including three Tests against Joe Schmidt's Wallabies.
They begin their campaign against Western Force in Perth on 28 June, followed by Queensland Reds in Brisbane on 2 July, New South Wales Waratahs in Sydney on 5 July, the ACT Brumbies in Canberra on 9 July and then an Invitational Australia & New Zealand XV in Adelaide on 12 July.
The Lions will lock horns with the Wallabies for the first Test on 19 July in Brisbane before they make history on 22 July when they face a First Nations & Pasifika XV in Melbourne.
The tourists will then remain in Melbourne for their second Test against the Wallabies before concluding their Tour with the final Test in Sydney on 2 August.
